What is “Ingredients”? It’s the project of Sacco System, a business network and biotech pole for food, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical innovation, formed by Caglificio Clerici, Sacco, Centro Sperimentale del Latte and Kemikalia which for 150 years have been promoting good nutrition and well-being and they are partners of more than 2000 companies in the food and pharmaceutical sector in Italy and abroad.
The goal is to bring to light the hidden world of ingredients, telling how rennet, lactic ferments and probiotics are at our side every day, how they are natural and essential ingredients for the production of cheese, yogurt and food supplements present every day on the our tables.
The way they tell it is what makes the difference: a web platform, supported by a social network and TV commercials, which conveys scientific information important for our health in a light, fun and understandable way by non-professionals.
