From architectural point of view it’s been choosen a steel truss structure which is quite innovative for italian market, consisting in an high seismic resistance and high modularity. From technological point of view significant actions has been taken to guarantee hygiene and quality, every room has been provided with air treatment systems in addition to control temperature and umidity conditions, they allow uninterrupted washing of air recycling.
From environment point of view the building represents an innovation thanks to a green philosophy based on clean energy use.
