“Antica Bontà’” creamy cheese: it’s a Gorgonzola with a different finishing touch. Raw-pasta blue cheese produced with whole pasteurized cow’s milk. Paste compact, white straw-coloured, extraordinally creamly, mottled with veins made of mould. Rough rind, grey reddish in colour but not edible. This highly flavoured cheese is so outstanding because of its extraordinary creamy turning it from an knife-cut cheese to a spoon-cut cheese. In addition there are exceptional and unique flavours typical of this cheese.
